UP: 15 lakh electrical energy division workers on day-long boycott of labor immediately

Fifteen lakh electrical energy division workers together with junior engineers, sub-divisional officers, govt engineers and superintending engineers will go on a day-long boycott of labor on Monday to oppose the proposal of privatising energy distribution firm Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Restricted. The district convener of Vidhyut Karamchari Sanyukt Sangharsh Samiti Avdhesh Kumar stated on Sunday that the central authorities is bent upon privatising the ability sector. 

The protest could be held from morning to night on Monday and would proceed until the demand will not be fulfilled.

“The privatisation of the ability sector remained unsuccessful in Orissa, Delhi, Aurangabad, Nagpur, Jalgaon, Ujjain, Gwalior, Bhagalpur, Gaya and Muzaffarpur together with different locations of the nation.
