Khattar blames BKU chief for instigating violence at ‘kisan mahapanchayat’ in Karnal

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has blamed Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) chief Gurnam Singh Charuni for instigating violence at a ‘kisan mahapanchayat’ programme in Karnal on Sunday.
