In a bid to clear rush of passengers, Indian Railways on Thursday introduced to run a particular practice between Pune and Howrah. The particular practice will run on the Pune-Howrah route every day.
The primary rake of 02279 superfast will depart from Pune junction on February 14. The gap between Pune Junction and Howrah is 2015 km. The practice will cowl the gap in practically 33 hours at a median pace of 60 kmph. It’ll depart at 6:35 pm from Pune and attain Howrah at three:55 am on third day. The superfast practice will depart Howrah at 10:10 pm and attain Pune at 7:05 am on the third day.
It is going to be a totally reserved practice. It’ll have 2S, Sleeper, 3A and 2A coaches. The reserving of the practice on regular fare will open from February 12.
