CBI takes up investigation of Hathras loss of life, registers case

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Sunday registered a case in reference to the Hathras loss of life because it took over the investigation. 

The Dalit girl had died of grievous accidents at a Delhi hospital on September 29, a fortnight after she was allegedly raped at her village by 4 higher caste males.

The probe company has constituted a workforce for investigation. “The complainant had alleged that on 14.09.2020, the accused tried to strangulate his sister within the millet area. The case has been regsitered on the request of Uttar Pradesh authorities and additional notification from Authorities of India,” the CBI launch learn.

Earlier on Saturday, the central authorities had issued a notification for the CBI to take over probe into the case.  The notification was marked to an acceptable department of the premier company, and probe groups will likely be dispatched to the crime scene together with forensic consultants instantly after the registration of an FIR, they stated. 

Moreover the alleged gang-rape case, the Uttar Pradesh authorities has sought a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) into the FIR associated to the alleged prison conspiracy to unfold caste battle, instigating violence, incidents of vicious propaganda by sections of media and political pursuits, they stated.
