The Shopper Fee has ordered a builder in Maharashtra’s Thane district to pay Rs 1 lakh to a house purchaser for delaying the possession of a flat. In a latest order, the fee’s presiding officer S Z Pawar and member Poonam V Maharshi accepted the grievance lodged by a pair from Titwala towards M/S Vimal Enterprises.
As per the grievance, the builder from Ghatkopar had floated a venture referred to as Vinayak Krupra at Titwala, wherein the complainants had booked a flat for Rs 13 lakh and different miscellaneous expenses of Rs 45,261, in Could 2011.
